Siege tip: You can take your siege weapons in reserve, so they couldn't be shot at by defenders. When they are built - right click them and there will be an option to do so. Only problem - you need to first order a build, then - take them back, because if you have stuff in reserve game wouldn't let you to build new weapons of same time. (at-least that was the case when i last played it) When all of your weapons are build - bring them to the front, catapults can easily destroy whatever defenders have. Also you may don't want to destroy the walls, AI loves to charge from breaches... But ANY damage to siege weapons in city/castle will kill/wound some of garrison troops (but don't hurt anyone in separate armies, same as attrition from lack of food, maybe devs fixed it idk.) Also if you are defending - send your worst people in garrison, and take best with you, because attrition, and food yin your inventory/castle inventory are NOT included in overall food storage...

The eagle rising and map mod make such a good bannerlord experience

The map is not accurate, Carthage had territories in both Sardinia and Sicily while Rome didn't have any Island and north Italy (264 BC) (they got the islands in 218 BC and north Italy in 202 BC)Bizantium wasn't a thing yet of curse, there were Greeks and a the Seleucid empire. Also fun fact, Hannibal was only 29 when he crossed the alps

I'm gonna say it, Hannibal was an incredibly lucky tactician who did dumb strategies that should not have worked and still didn't grasp the concept that Rome would sacrifice anything to win which is why he lost in the end.
