For those who like information about Dimas' songs: Sinful Passion - The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. Moreover, in the final part he added, with an oriental technique (from the Kazakhstan region). The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band name is A'Studio (Kazakh pop music group based in Russia, "Alma-Ata Studio", Almaty city). The dead singer (who Dimash was a fan of) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poetess Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, who is the long-haired keyboardist, who we see in the video that accompanies Dimash. Hugs from Brazil! Don't worry about throwing shade, we feel the same way about the camera work at both Slavic Bazaar and Sochi. It's like the part in Stranger where he starts the soprano note and they're panning around the choir. There's been so many new reactors to Dimash thinking someone in the choir is singing that line until it finally pans back to Dimash.

Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than Fourteen(14) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato,whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from USA 🇺🇸 "Dears" Forever ❤️ Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. amazing!!!! best impossible!!!! "The song Sinful Passion, was first performed in 1998 by the Kazakh group A’STUDIO and gained leading positions in the CIS charts. Sinful love soon visibly materialized in the clip with soloist Batyrkhan Shukenov. The talented vocalist left the band in 2000. Without the lead singer, “Sinful Passion”, recorded with the help of an English producer, lay in obscurity for nearly 20 years, never becoming a worldwide hit until Baigali Serkebaev seized it. He offered Dimash to play it in 2018, twenty years after its premiere. The words of the song are the inspiration of the famous poet and composer, People's Artist of Russia and Ukraine Ilya Reznik. Group A - Studio in 2018 celebrated its 30th anniversary. For his great contribution to the development of the culture of the republic, Baigali Serkebaev was awarded the title of Honored Art Worker of Kazakhstan (here he plays the keyboard). Dimash can be safely called a magician. By the power of his voice and talent, the composition about sinful love came to life out of nowhere."

@ The Somatic Singer. The Russian audiences don't do standing ovations as a rule, they give flowers or do a unision clap. The gentlemen doing a standing ovation is Maestro Igor Krutoy . He and Dimash are collaborating a lot lately and he has composed songs just for Dimash. He came out of semi-retirement to work with Dimash. They have almost a father/ son relationship but really respect each other as well. 🤗💞💞💞

Did you notice the man in the white shirt? That's Igor Krutoy, a top composer who, after thus performance, went backstage to speak to Dimash about working with him & he came out of semi-retirement to do just that! He is the composer of Stranger, The Love of Tired Swans, Madamemoselle Hyde, I Miss You & so many more fantastic songs! Some were covers of songs Igor had written before, but Dimash gave them his magic & others written specifically for Dimash's voice. There are several recordings of Stranger so you are bound to find one to react to! 😊 Also look for another composition from Igor just for Dimash, Olimpico, if you've not already seen it. It's amazing!! Thank you for your reaction 😊

👉Dimash's deep and gentle voice... I melt away. What a wonderful song, wonderfully sung by Dimash. Did you hold your breath? 🤣 The final run was 23 seconds with one breath. 👏👏👏 Dimash sings here as a guest on the New Wave 2018 (international competition). Igor Krutoy, the man in the white shirt at the end, a famous Russian composer, music titan and initiator of the New Wave had invited him. Now, both are a "Dreamteam" and work together from time to time. They are friends, have a father-son-relationship. ... and of course Dimash donates the many flowers to hospitals and retirement homes. The band that Dimash accompanies at this performance called A’Studio, who composed and performed “Sinful Passion” in 1998. The band is also from Kazakhstan (Dimash's homeland) and this Dimash performance has revived the song. *Original: A'STUDIO - Грешная страсть - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ebRpmauozdTFj4E.html The glottal - stops is a throat singing technique called "bleating", “goat's trill” or „Trillo caprino/ little goat“ used by the indigenous peoples of the Far East. In Iran called this technique „tahrir“ In 17th-century Italy, 'trillo' referred to the so-called 'Monteverdi trill' or bleat, a tremolo-like repetition of a single pitch. Singing these trills was frowned upon. * Maryam Akhondy - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oaeHicWd1qqngmQ.html * Sainkho Namtchylak - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ibmhebaYteDHmIk.html * Diana Ankudinova - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/e9N9q7KnmrPYqXk.html (Thanks to all Dears who helped to complete the information)

That's always been my beef with this particular performance of Sinful Passion. That stupid cameraman, or director, who showed the band which was doing nothing, instead of Dimash! Thank you so much for your videos of Dimash, and for more than one reason. First and foremost, you do not stop in the middle of a note and ask "Did you hear that", the way other rectors do. I like the way you interject a comment without always stopping the video. Also, I thought I was the only one who noticed how Dimash directs himself with his hands. His performances on The Singer 2017 are when I first noticed it, especially on The Show Must Go On, Adagio, All By Myself, and Unforgettable Day. Thank you again for all your comments and your enthusiasm.

This is a cover of Sinful Passion originally by A´Studio. The bass and the piano players were part of that band and the second was one of the songwiters. 6:12 the greeting/farewell to the spirits inherited from Turkic/Tengrenist traditions in certain muslim tribes in the ancient Turan to pay homage to the ancestors and spirits of nature. In Spanish I know it as "hammering vibrato" or "glottal vibrato". In Iran I heard they call it "che-che". It is not yodeling but an ethnic technique relative to yodeling but needs more control on the notes you sing than in yodeling. 3:50 SO DIFFICULT songs that make the singers cry - 2 (ENG SUBS) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rpl1iqWVkpe3ZZ8.html

There absolutely is just nobody else like him in the world 🌎 ❤️ I've been following him since he did SOS in China in early 2017 and it blows my mind still that he just gets better and better! And to top it off he has the humbleness, kindness, humor, everything we strive for 😮😢...

But... Now I'm bewildered and bamboozled. If you've seen it already, how could you FORGET it! 🤨😵‍💫Surely as a vocal coach THIS performance would be burned into your synapses!? Agree absolutely about the camera view. So does my husband, who is a Cameraman, but he says; " Don't piss on the operator!" There are several Camera's covering here and it's all about the Directors Cuts /Choices. 😆

I'm not a vocal coach 😊 these are just my musings and the things I see after years of vocal lessons myself ✌️ The shade I throw is light hearted and always done with a smile ... It's all good fun and pure entertainment 😃 haha yes your husband is correct but it's still fun to mention right ✌️✌️ thanks for watching 🙏

@6:50, Yes, it is a cultural way of singing, native Americans as well as traditional eastern etc, but is really melismatic singing, at it's finest! And obviously you heard him do it even moreso in Stranger...which we'd still love to see!! We'll pretend we're watching the video 😅...

Yes, many find it difficult to find enough words of praise about Dimash's vocal abilities 🤔 I call him either "Mr. Otherworldly" or "Mr. Next Level" 🛸🥰Did you notice that his beautiful "vocal acrobatics" at the end of the song lasted 23 sec in one breath 😲🥰 Thank you so much for your wonderful reactions and thorough analysis of Dimash's songs 👍😊

I did it was amazing but I don’t always want to say what everyone else has said you know .. I often hear slightly different things to a lot of other reactors that I feel I want to share with you but let’s face it if I said everything that was on my mind the video would be about 2 hours long haha 😂 thanks so much for watching ✌️

Catching the emotion within the performance 💓💗❤️❤️‍🔥🫠 Most reactors just miss the point or are 2🐓2 say🤣😂🤣💦 This is just down right yummy 🥰 I’m speaking as true loving spouse 😘. I think Dimash is a very brave performer to sing a man’s desire😍💓💗💖💝 SO DANG WELL‼️ Last 🌬 🎶 run was over 22 seconds ⏱ He Swims 🏊🏻‍♂️ Everywhere For Breath Control “Vocal Athlete”🥇 The “Tremolo” is a Dimash interpretation of his Culture’s 🎶 Traditions❤ The song is by “A'Studio” 1998 They are “Some Of The Band Mates” preforming with Dimash 🎹🎸🤩 The gentleman standing in the audience in the white shirt is “Maestro Igor Krutoy”✨🎹✨🎼 He's a Ukrainian & Russian music composer, performer, producer, musical promoter & billionaire. Very famous‼️🌟🇺🇦🇷🇺 He came “Out of Retirement” to work with Dimash. When you see him at the 🎹 with Dimash you can bet he’s the composer and or collaborator of that song. They’re Vast Friends Now 🎼💞 & ALL 🦌🦌 ARE GRATEFUL💝 ❤️2U&2ALLU❤️🦌🦌💫🌎🫠🇺🇸

I agree with you about the timing of the cutaways to the band too, but.....well, I guess it was originally their song that he is covering with them, after all. At least, that's what I try to tell myself when I'm annoyed at the camera work here.
@TheSomaticSinger
@TheSomaticSinger 11 ай бұрын
Yes … I think more strategic cutaways would be better but I’ve seen it with other singers too, lots actually so it’s a common thing … cameramen/producers probably think of things in terms of effects and angles rather than vocals 🤷‍♂️
