How fitting he leads us to victory on the Eve of his birthday!
The Jags kept the pace but Garoppolo and this newly energized 49ers offense was able to put up enough points on one of the top ranked defenses in the league to get the big W!
Big plays from this young Niners defense were the difference maker in what became a shootout near the end!

I use to watch football all the time, but not so much lately. I always make time for the bowls and the big one at the end Super Bowl. My teams since I was a teen is the Broncos but I live in Tampa so I also support the Bucs when they play. Nice video of the game.

Candlestick felt special... 5 Super Bowl teams came out of there, all my best childhood football memories as well as my earliest memories for the SF Giants, watching Barry Bonds and stuff... gonna miss it. Man I was at 4 home games before this one. VS Panthers we were over run with Panther fans and were blown out. Vs. the Rams at home Thursday night that was a fun game, almost a win. Finally vs. the Giants we got win #1with CJ Bethard, but the crowd was small. The Seahawks game was trash and it rained a little, but we got to see Jimmy G get a few snaps. Now I was at the Jags game, and this game was 100 times more lit. I was a little annoyed that some of these fair weather fans never showed up when the team was ass, but hey, it was some terrible football they put on the field. On the plus side, I got to see a Jaguars fan for the first time.

I know what you mean, only reason I wasn't at games earlier is because I was traveling a lot and I hate going to day games when it's 100 degrees in Levi's, and I was out of town for the one primetime game. Don't matter what our record is, I still want to be there! I was still going to Candlestick when we were bottom of the barrel!

As a fellow Niner Faithful, this is the most excited I've been about our team in a long time. Obviously with Harbaugh it was exciting, but this is just different. We're 5-10 and there's times where I catch myself being more excited than when Harbs was here haha. And I felt the same way about Levis Stadium man. I was at the game against the Cowboys and the atmosphere was terrible (The result didn't help either). The crowd has been awesome the last two home games though! Let's build on that Faithful! Reppin from down in the Central Valley!

I appreciate that, it's hard to grow a channel anymore, so much content it's like swimming up stream! I just want to stay consistent and keep improving and finding cool places and cool things to do and share them with people! Exactly as you said, the Levi's atmosphere has been abysmal since it opened. Even Super Bowl 50 was bland. But now that we have some optimism, some hope, a great staff and exciting young team, maybe it will start to build a legacy and we'll end up loving it like we did with Candlestick...one can only hope!
