I’ve just started watching your channel with the beautiful real estate. However no mention is ever made of eco-systems features like geothermal heating and cooling systems Eg like how frequently is the interior air refreshed. Since HVAC systems are crucial to palatial properties, I am looking forward to seeing these important features. Thanks

It's a lovely house, well thought out. The only problem is the steep steps if you have older family members. Needs an elevator for that kind of price.

Hi, thanks for watching and your comment. The downstairs does have two primary suites so it can accommodate older family member guests to Come visit and stay plus I might take the upstairs penthouse as the owners suite and my guests could have the downstairs!

Little over priced... the so called office space needs to be a enclosed space and for the price of the house kitchen and pantry needs to be bigger but love the upstairs

It’s a great detailed video. I have visited this house. 😉Pros;location and location, great view, high quality materials,big walk in closets,automated home device. 😞Cons: overpriced. Looks smaller than size,hard to locate moderate furniture,only garage for 2 ,house for 1 or couple, small pool, 🌟Verdict: if this would be around 3m, I am willing to purchase it by all cash out. 🎉contact me. 😇
