Tip.....Do not walk on artificial grass with high heels similar to what you are wearing.you will have caused tearing and some of that grass may now need to be replaced.

Hi, thanks for watching. There was a space where they had an outdoor grill kind of near the apartment- it wasn’t built in though, just freestanding. In a yard that sized, one could easily add any type of expansive outdoor kitchen.

I found photos on Zillow before the re-hab. It had horrible pink carpet and with dark woodwork, Who lived here Mary Kay Ash ? I really like 80% of the changes. The is front door gaudy and pretentious The welness room was obviously the original master suite. The new master bath is a rabbit warren of wasted bedrooms. Removing the outside door from the "Butler's Pantry"area was a huge mistake. The so-called caasita is a multi-level mess, totally un-fit for an older person. Although this home is beautiful , I don't think the developers have added over three million dollars in value since it's last sale
