It is not a debate, it is a confrontation between two speakers. It's not structured as a debate, it has no moderation, no specific time restrictions. Idk where you got the idea that speakers should just calmly make their points and have all of the audience listen in silence. As far as I know it has always been like that in there as well as in many other European countries. Arguments like that are more about the rhetoric abilities of the speaker rather than actually making good and factual points. It's how men were making decisions in democratic systems since begging of our civilizations. If you want a debate you can find those elsewhere, they participated in those already, this is an argument as it should be.

If u actually look into it at the minuite they are building 6 hospitals and when the funds increase they can increase the number of hospitals. I remember what Thatcher did to the NHS 18 month wait for an ear, nose and throat appointment, I had to wait that long with earache and living with my head in a bucket! Then on top of that 6months waiting for an “urgent” surgery, a very big ovarian abscess, which was only kept in check, from bursting, by prescribing 6 months of 3 antibiotics taken all at the same time, along with pain killers. That is the Tories with our NHS for you, they only see a profit margin for themselves and their cronies!
