This just made my day! What a legend Mr Macari is and the presentation of his character could not have been better. One of the greatest automotive pieces I have ever seen. I would love to see a documentary or a series covering his car stories and adventures. He is the type of enthusiast that really LOVES the cars for all the proper reasons.

If I was very wealthy, I wouldn’t buy super cars from the dealership selling the best price, I would buy them from Macari’s, because Joe is simply a legend.

Was lucky enough to buy an R8 once from his showroom. I asked the salesman who was Joe Macari? He took me over to Joe who was sitting having coffe with an old worn leather bomber jacket. He shook hands asked me why we were here, he said let me show you around, took us into the workshop where there was major restorations going on, I asked him what was his daily drive, it was 200k miles Audi A8 diesel. He said he loved it. All in all a wonderful unassuming guy. Total opposite to the Hartley egomaniacs

I lived in the town of southfields in Wandsworth for over 30 years, the amount of times I've walked by his showroom and peered in the windows with lust in my eyes for the exotics on display. Back in the day his showroom was just a small shop/garage on Kimber Road, and over the years he has expanded to the automotive candy shop it is now. Its good to see and hear the man behind the name, I hope to meet him one day if I'm blessed with the opportunity to buy a supercar.

What an absolute pleasure to spend listening to the passion Joe has flow for 25 minutes. I knew nothing of him before this video and fell in love with his narration within the first few moment. Brilliant editing and such a simple format, Fascinating chap.

This guy has been in Wandsworth for years. I loved walking past his garage on the Kimber Road. I also got done for speeding in Finland, told the coppers I was in a rush to go fishing, they didn't see the funny side.

Absolutely brilliant! This is so refreshing to hear and see a man with so much passion and awe for past and present super cars, a man after my own heart. Well done Joe for sharing your aspirations and history! A true gent!

I must say Joe has always been somewhat of a mystery. I now know he is quite simply an eloquent, iconic and passionate man. Well done Joe. Well done indeed.

What an absolutely remarkable man. This video had the hairs on the back of my neck standing up all the way through. Shot and edited beautifully and Joe had me mesmerised with this stories and views all the way through. His occasional jokes made this such a good watch too. He mentioned about meeting his hero in Mr Dalara. I feel I've met mine in Mr Macari!

the passion is unreal

Unlike the Amari's, Hartley's etc i didn't notice an ounce of arrogance throughout this whole video. No mention of being the best or the biggest, just a genuinely nice guy with some incredible stock. Most people think they have a personality, whilst others just do.
