Had lots of neck stews and stuffed/rolled breast, as a child being dragged up in the 50’s and 60’s. Butchers pretty much gave those parts away and I love ‘em.

Great vid. I am one of those who would normally turn off at this stage but as there was no vid of the lamb being killed … I found it very informative . Watched the whole show. I can see no reason for this to be censored. What a crazy world we live in. We are bombarded with wars and atrocities from around the world but seeing how a lamb is butcher?!

Great video. My 6yr old saw a lamb carcass in a hotel just yesterday evening and couldn't understand how it 'gets made into meat'... so perfect timing to show him this video later.

Excellent job and explanation of you butchering a quality lamb, keep sheep myself and currently pay my local abbitoir to butcher our freezer trade lambs but want to get into butchering them myself, have to say I like your style, cuts and presentation.

Always good to see how others do their cutting. When I get lamb from my mate I take a couple of steaks from the top of the legs and also cut across the shoulder blade, turning each shoulder into two roasts. As there's just two of us it makes sense to get more smaller cuts than having one big one. Thanks for the excellent video.

Thanks! Enjoy all your videos so was always going to be watching. However found this very interesting as you cut the sheep up differently than how I learnt to as a farm hand or how my own sheep are done by the local butcher. I really like your method and style, both your technique and the cuts which you made. Love my hair sheep as so much easier to keep. I'm in Australia and running 100 head of coloured Meatmaster type clean skin sheep with a dash of Awassi.
