When yb caught that double shooting charged he plead guilty and got a 10 year suspended sentence ( you serve your Time free as long as you don't get convicted of another felony) he had extra terms in his deal ,1 being he can't be around ben10 for the 10 years

@Jonterrius once he got arrested the a month after the live and the pics at the video shoot in Louisiana they were banned from contact again. Not sure for how long tho. Yb said he ain't seen his daughter, he out there thuggin and he gone have to hold her down. Ben can't even get approved by the p.o. to pull up with the baby

@Jonterrius and he signed a plea agreement and that was a stipulation in it. Once you plea out and sign the deal. You can't after the fact get it changed or drop parts of it. He was on good behavior for a lil while and his lawyers went to a judge and they suspended some of the rules of the deal and anytime he messes up they can reinstate them
