I have a Mizuno gx sonic 3 MR and was wondering if I should size down next time considering the leg openings are a bit loose and flip up when I jump in. It is tight but not extremely tight in other areas. Any ideas? P.S. I love your videos and your expertise in technical swimwear!!!

Another question how do you find swimming caps like bullets but like the arena soft if that makes sense?

Try the Swans cap me and Reg wear! As for Arena I think you can buy them direct if not from other stores. We have them available in malls in Oman aha

From English nats? On live stream part of website you can rewatch previous sessions. But has to be done via website! Hope you swam well.
