Maybe you guys might not believe in astrology but I just checked how compatible their charts are and it's shows they relate to each other somehow. You got it correct these two are the type not to have strong sexual tension but actually have a lasting friendship and companionship. Kim ji wons sun sign is libra (chitra) and ji chang wooks moon sign is in Libra (chitra) any one who reads astrology knows sun- moon compatibility creates lots of understanding between people and is most important aspect for long lasting relationship of any kind. there's no competition as its like yin and yang sign fitting perfectly. Also Ji chang wooks sun sign and Kim ji wons South node sign is really compatible. If I had their correct birth time I could learn even more but if their birth dates are correct they are highly compatible, and can especially become 4 am friends that you talk to when you don't have anyone to talk to. In simple words what Ji chang wook wants to learn in this life, Kim jiwon is already experienced that spirituality.. They are the type to get more and more attracted as they spend more time together and be really fond of each other regardless if they are a couple or not because they can understand and relate to each other.

I was about to ditch this drama before I watched it because I get tired with cliche romance kdrama. Glad I saw this comment. Will give it a try and try to put my judgmental view aside. Can someone tell me how this drama is different than others? Besides the strong, famous lead?

@@sAkUrA6309 It's definitely more realistic than a typical kdrama - no love triangles, chebols or kisses from 7 different angles 😅. All characters are flawed - there's no one simply good or simply bad, which is actually quite refreshing because it really requires a lot of empathy from a viewer to get invested. There's also a lot more intimacy between characters and (thank goodness) no open-eyed fish-style kissing so that's a win in my book. 😁

Mad respect for Kim Ji Won for making eye contact to the person talking (Ji Chang Wook). It is not that she is staring at Ji Chang Wook but that is how it should be, we focus and listen when someone is talking before we reply. Visual plus right manner is perfection which is her, Kim Ji Won.

4:04 Ji-won : I'd like to know how much time I have remaining with my parent I dont how to describe, but I think she is different from me as an ordinary person. If I got a chance to know something about the future i will answer that as what Chang-wook said (material things), but Ji-won is in another level. She is not materialistic. She has big heart, I think she is person who has a lot of Love in her heart. And when Chang-wook said "wouldn't that be too painful?", actually this is same as what I think. But Ji-won amazed me by give an beautiful answer: "but you can treat them better". She sees everything in positive way. Her look, her words, her attitude, her mind, All about her is so beautiful. She is such a positive vibe.

JCW is a true gem💎 I even think he's so perfect for being real. About KJW - I cannot fully understand her. She is beautiful, sweet, wise, talented and has a good character. But she is shy and I think she underestimates herself. I think Ji Changwook teases Kim Jiwon a lot just by her reactions whenever they ask Changwook to do something when she do her missions. Like in here she said “is he going to count?” And she’s like no. Then on their TMI where they said until Changwook is satisfied she was also like “that’s going to be bad”. I really hope we can see bts footage so we can see their interactions on set. They just look so playful and adorable 😍 That little slap from wonie was so cute 🤣

Ji Won when after she took Chang Wook's polaroid photos, "Love it". ;) They're so sweet to each other and you can tell they low-key adore each other! If anyone has seen Ji Chang Wook's recent interview. He revealed he would like a second season and third filming Lovestruck in the City because he enjoyed it so much. I suspect he had such a fun and romantic time in the scenes he filmed with Ji Won that it is easy to reminisce good times on set.

as much as I individually adore both jiwon and changwook, it never crossed my mind to ask for a drama with both of them as the lead so when the world blessed us with lovestruck in the city, I was very overwhelmed and honestly thought it was too good to be true. now that the drama is at ep12 and is starting to unravel more of the juicy plot, i'm starting to prepare myself for when it ends because I love the story and characters so much that i'm sure my brain will be lingering for awhile with eun-o and jaewon huhu

I super love their drama it's very subtle when it comes to story progression but the emotions you will feel in every episodes is really something else.This is the first time I've seen JCW cries so hard that my heart is about to break with him.They are both really really good as well as the supporting cast.A very mature and realistic drama.
