Not Gonna Lie, THIS Monkey Bar Cliffhanger is probably one of the most perfect and immaculate cliffhangers in television history. I never screamed so loud and lost my voice so quickly after that ending. Whatever happens next, Good God, it doesn't matter to me as it is such great TV.

For those of you who haven't seen the full video, Beomseok Hong is a former special forces master sergeant from the 707th Special Mission Group, known as the Delta Force of Korea, and the first Asian to win the World's Strongest Firefighter category. He is said to have taken second place in the competition (707 Athletic Competition). Due to the nature of his job, he has quick on-site judgment. He analyzes the strategy well and applies it to quickly transform it. He also shows great performance with his muscular endurance and lung capacity.

Hong beom is a true main character, 3 times he’s had close calls where he would’ve lost but his team might still be in trouble if stun gun’s team manages to come in 2nd which would lead to all the teams into a tie

The ending has me shouting like a mad dog! I was clapping and jumping on the bed till my family think I’m crazy! Netflix sure has a way to leave the show and make us tune into the next one. Now I’m watching the China version of Physical 100 called We Never Stop to pass time till next Tuesday to see the last 2 episodes! I’m wishing the next season can have a hot and strong scientist or mathematician to join the show to show us some strategy to win the challenge as an underdog.. I also appreciate smart and strong guy ❤

I honestly have no idea how majority of them even did this quest like man I wouldn't even make it across half way without the bag in the way. I'd drop straight away, their upper body strength is insane, especially considering how much muscle some of them have

That ending felt like it was scripted, idk maybe it's really coincidence cause the moment the guy in the middle dropped, part of my mind was thinking surely there's 0 way the other guy from LJY team is gonna fall off right(?) 🤣 and guess what happen with that close-up shot..

I really prefer that We Never stop show (China version of Physical 100) using heart rate to monitor the contestants, now I understand the science of it why suddenly the contestants break down and can’t continue, because their heart rate hit 180 and when it hit that, the body will consume more energy and need longer time to recover, so it’s also strategic play that you have to use good amount of strength consistently so you will last longer in some challenges that’s more repetitive, I really find their matches more interesting as it requires some thinking other than just pure strength, which makes the show more interesting.

They manipulated DongHyun team not to be in finale to make tv rating increased. It's so fake variety show. You know Hong Beom Seok will be in Finale because It's scripted. It's not competition, It's drama show with script. They need root rating with the famous talent!

I don’t mind who wins but knowing Hong Beomseok, he has proven himself in so many survival shows that he is capable in showing off endurance and skills. Not just that but he is also humble (in every show he was in, it showed)
