I love this drama a lot. Go Ara and Lee Jae Wook had such great chemistry, both as their characters Lala and Jun and as actors whenever they did The Swoon/ Netflix games as well as the KBS games. I think it's really their chemistry and the lovely vibes of Eunpo that makes me think fondly of this series. And even though the ending didn't give enough closure, I guess the technical happy ending at least reunited Lala and Jun again.

This drama did such a good job showing us wholesome characters, the ahjummas, the Tough guy, the gang. The message of how music gives our lives a healing touch was so precious. Great chemistry between the leads despite the age difference, I miss this drama.

Oh my, I have had withdraw syndrome for this drama for like a month now. I just can't move on from this masterpiece. I tried to watch other k dramas but they just don't resonate with me the way Do do Sol sol la la sol did. I really loved this drama so much. And am earnestly hoping for our main leads Go Ara and Lee Jae Wook to win best couple award at the KBS drama awards because their chemistry was just too good to handle. I will always remember this beautiful k drama.

One of the best kdrama that I watched this year

This show was a dream. From start to its end, this was the most beautiful show I have seen. There are only two shows which top everything I have ever seen (I am a fairytale romance style so please understand). Both Because This Is My First Life and DoDoSolSolLaLaSol are my firsts and the second place is of Goblin. The on-screen chemistry is just beautiful. It was adorable.

Love Lee Jae Wook in Alchemy of souls been looking for his work since Do Do Sol Sol. Love this guy and the characters he brings to the screen. I've researched do do sol 4 times. I love music and of course the cast. Thank you Netflix. Please bring more of his work. I love his kisses too but I also love when the woman kisses back. That makes it real.

Watching the show several times i finally get and understand why writers had jun did what he did and he was very much alive. It was messed up and cruel tho but i was glad he was alive. Rara dying and meeting in after life dont make sense at all. I found Mr kim love story is parellel to jun and rara. I thought the ending was rushed and not a lot of explaination on where was jun for those 5 years which was upsetting. But i get why jun disappeared without explaining was cruel but it was his way for rara to live her life without worrying about him and protecting her against his cruel n overbearing parents even if that mean faking juns death. We dont know who idea it was to fake his death or maybe he was or in coma that he couldnt do anything. This and the 5 year gap bs that throw us fans off due to how long he was absent from on being assumed dead then came back. I am actually relieved that he came back and was alive and not dead. He is very much alive. We saw that He seriously didnt want rara to kno about his blood cancer and see him go thru 5 years to get better but wanted her to live her life. Which we saw that he tried to breakup with her when he got his diagnosis. With that said jun mother can be cruel when it comes to her son. i remember jun mother told his father that she will handle jun and rara and that she can be cruelllll to go to the extent to say he son jun dead. The complex thing is we dont know who idea it was..jun? Or his mom? Or both. The only way jin would agree is for the sake of rara and protecting her. Jun needed his parent money to get his cancer treatment so he can get better to be hopeful meet rara again but he cant protect her while dead sick. I also, dont think jun had any intention to live or stay with his parents who are controlling and overbearing he told his mother he will decide what to do with his life. So i wouldnt be surpraise if he really faked his death to get better just to live his life from parents and protect rara to get better to come back to rara eventually till they meet again. I remember His mom also said that jun dad might hurt rara or do something to her when jun was trying to seek out. Did he fake his dead to get away and protect.rara? If it was hos mom idea where is the funneral?, a body? I think if jun was dying he would want to say goodbye to rara? When rara ask jun mom if jun was dead his mom never said yes!!!. This is the important part that ...they just ASSUMED he was dead which wasnt confirmed by mother. Just like rara and his friend did ASSUMED that he was older than 19 like jun said which was emphasize earlier. Jun was real and alive not dead.

I was so heartbroken during the last episode and kept pausing and crying after every sentence that I had to take a break cos I couldn't accept what I thought was going to be the end result. I'm glad the show had a happy ending but they probably should have added a few extra minutes to give us more closure and show my girl Rara proposing to her man!

From falling in love, sad, happy and mad then vice versa. The Cast and Crew deserves a standing ovation. If only I could express all my feelings through words.
