What to do if i need the LDR to detect other colour than black like blue (should i make some change in the code or will it sense some colour and press the button)

LDR can not Detect the colours it detect the light intensity only . If u want to detect the colors u can go with TCS3200 color sensor

Try to change the 250 or 300 . And try by increasing or decreasing the screen brightness
