It's a shame but the electric pump is known for packing up. Thetford must know the pump is crap. In the UK the electric pump is 120 pounds! Bad show Thetford.

If your pump failed, it's an easy fix....buy it new????....look for something else...like Dometic, the big one

As far as I know...Thetford, in their relentless attempt to ruin all customer service, no longer list it
