This was a fire track from Revival. I think this is actually Ed’s story about the crazy chick. I’m a big Ed fan and that situation is one he has written about before. Don’t get it twisted, Ed has bars. Check out “Eraser” the F64 SBTV one take vid-amazing way to twist hip hop. My favorite Revival track is “Bad Husband”. It’s the apology to Kim that took a really long time and a lot of growth to get to. For those who like following his life, that one was momentous. Thanks for revisiting Revival. If you still hate it after breaking down a few tracks, then cool. Just hate that you are missing out on something that is really deep and different

Em is one of the masters of deception when it comes to his lyrics. Like the song Bad Guy from the MMLP2 everyone on first listen believes he's talking about an ex gf but then as the story comes to it's climax you realise that it's about Stan's brother.

It's been pretty much documented why people say they hate Revival. For some reason it became popular like a year or two before Revival was released to hate on Eminem because it was the new cool thing to do. So then he does some press to promote the album(Revival) an put out the tracklist, and from there people started saying that it was trash before they heard a single note "look at these trash features, popstars on the album" So of course this new cancel culture was automatically in on calling it trash even though they didn't even listen to the records. For those of us who have stood in those shoes, stuck through a relationship like that from when we were young till now at 50, this song is raw. It pulls scabs off old wounds, reminds you of intimidation and fear and you can juxtapose that against your life after seeing what you were doing to your kids and getting counseling. You can fight for each other and you can learn too change, it’s all about your heart. I absolutely love this song. Maybe because I know all those emotions. Thing is once things settle you find yourself questioning the relationship because you miss the intensity. You think that anger and jealousy equal depth of love and emotion. Thank God for counselors.
