Fun fact: the plane crash in this film was inspired by a real one, and it’s what inspired the entire Final Destination series. The crash of TWA 800 was the inspiration for the original movie!

Death: "Yeah, I *can* just induce heart attacks and call it a day, but they're all a bunch of assholes, I wanna have some fun with it." A lot of people: "Why the nonsense though?" Death: "My specialty is killing, not physics and engineering."

I will always be impressed at that scene in the airport in the first movie where you see the plane explode in the background but there's a couple seconds delay before the shockwave hits the window. Very realistic, cool, and creepy.

These films were literally created to give EVERYONE anxiety about everything lol

Every beginning 1: people getting killed 2: Guy opens his eyes 3: They all get killed again *YAY*

You know, a compilation like this makes you realize how many explosions there are and how rubble is just so destructive and deadly. Like, anything that has gas can explode like a bomb and anything sent flying has the ability to slice, puncture, or crush anyone.

I like how people don't understand the true plot of these films and just count them as freak accidents or being dumb :(

I watched these movies when I was really young and for the longest time I was scared to exist because I thought death would kill me. For a while, my way of not living with crippling anxiety and fear of getting up in the morning or even sleeping was that the youngest person to die in the movies was 12 so I thought I had until I was 12 to live before some freak accident killed me. Probably the reason my anxiety is as bad as it is now at 20 years old

How a chain reaction is caused in final destination a guy slips on a puddle and breaks his arm and start screaming and then somebody walking across the street stops in the middle of the crosswalk asking if he's okay and then he gets hit by a bus and then the bus stops and then two cars at the same time hit the bus and then an explosion happens and then a tire goes flying for half a mile and lands on top of a car driving on a freeway and then the car hits another car and then cars just start hitting each other and then large explosions ensue and then the entire freeway collapses. Edit: it's been a year since I made this comment, I would like to thank all of you for the support! A continuation: after the freeway collapses, rubble and car parts go flying in all directions and crush dozens of people, then a medical helicopter heading to the scene gets struck by a giant chunk of rubble and starts spinning out of control and eventually crashes into a skyscraper which causes the building to collapse and sends even more rubble and metal flying in all directions, eventually in just a few hours the entire city is destroyed and millions are dead, meanwhile Michael Bay is having some "fun" 😏 with the billions of dollars he made off of this whole thing, and the bastard won't even give me a single penny!

The physics of these movies are so weird. 1.) Everything can explode, even the people. It's like Michael Bay but on large amounts of cocaine. 2.) Everybody's bones are as brittle as twigs. They legit snap at the slightest touch. 3.) Everybody's flesh is made of jello. It's to the point where a bad gymnastics landing forces all bones out of the body, a pane of glass completely obliterates somebody from head to toe, and a chain link fence can cut through like butter. 4.) Any vehicle is always speeding and never slows down for anything. If a person is standing in the middle of the road, in a building, or in the vicinity of something that has wheels they are probably somehow going to be ran over at top speed. 5.) Any object can become a heat seeking projectile. A tire flies through the air like a frisbee, a rock launches perfectly enough to hit an eyeball, and a barbed wire fence glides through a person while still maintaining an upright position. 6.) Everybody is fair game to die in the most brutal ways imaginable. If you are a human person and also living, stay away from anything that can kill, which at this point is everything. I just felt the need to list these things for some reason. Just for talking trash about these movies, Death probably wants me dead. He's probably going to kill me by power surging my toaster so that it launches a piece of toast at me with enough force to knock me into an open oven which then gets closed by a second piece of toast which also bounces and turns it on to full heat which ignites gas in the air from a gas leak that was caused by a mouse nibbling on the gas lines and blows my whole house up while taking the neighbors with it. Seems like a perfectly reasonable situation, right?

I like how the death at 5:01 was so simple, and yet it was lucky enough to be the 1,000th.

That thing with the log falling off the back of a truck almost happened once when I was five years old, just glad that mum told dad he was driving too close behind it and he pulled into the other lane because literally eight seconds later the logs all started falling out.

The first 2 movies are downright terrifying, because the deaths are the most believable ones. The last 2 are downright parodies of the previous ones, especially the overuse of 3D.

Every time someone gets decapitated, crushed or ran over it happens so fast literally you can look away from the person for 1.5 seconds and their top half of their body is on the floor

The tanning bed death and the escalator death are the most gruesome deaths in Final Destination 3 and The Final Destination.😰

The swimming one was the worst because it gave me the fear of drowning when I watched this as a kid. So now I’m scared of going to the bottom of pools 😂
