BTW,the green tea has caffeine too but the matcha tea has l-teanine which can give you a relax sensation and liberates the caffeine in a smooth way,not like a punch

Yeah. That's super addictive. Never needed caffeine before I tried on caffeinated gum. It can just seep into your bloodstream for hours as you chew, giving a surprisingly large and long-lasting dose.

Or where you work in a call center, and you have to put yourself on "break" to dash across the room to fill your cup, which cuts into your call-completion stats. With these (especially the first one) I could keep the box in a drawer and consume as needed.

Ciara is just such a fun woman to watch! She is a delight and brings smiles to her everywhere I bet. I hope it's not a mask for deep chronic depression and she's actually really sad all the time and this is how she is covering it up....IJS. We are here for you Ciara :)

Back in the 1990's, Portland OR had a local Coffee Shop chain called Coffee People... They were so much better than Starbucks that Starbucks bought them out to squash the superior competition... They had a Black Tiger Espresso that they made Shakes and Chocolate cover beans from... I took bought my girlfriend a large shake one night and she was not able to sleep for over 24 hours... The best espresso I have ever had!!!
