Why I love Justine and Dermot: the sheer happiness on their faces as they bask in the awesomeness of that Krispy Kreme glaze, then remembering the abject horror and misery whenever they eat durian and peanut butter, respectively. I've watched so many Try videos, and I think I now know the full spectrum of facial expressions and emotions from them.

I'm from the U.S. I'm a native of NYC, but I currently live in California. I've never seen pre-packaged Krispy Kreme pastries. I didn't even know they existed! I've only seen the actual Krispy Kreme bakery locations, that make their donuts fresh in-store, and sell their donuts in boxes packed right in front of you.

Until ya'll get the glazed donuts mere minutes after being made in the KK store, where they literally melt in your hand, and your taste glands sweat in anticipation of warm, silky sugar glaze that is still sliding around on the donut slamming into your tongue - you won't really find the gem that made Krispy Kreme what is it today, in the States at least. I honestly didn't know they made any of that bagged stuff you ate - and don't want to, else spoil the memories. Thanks for the great video as always! Great characters with TRY, I love to hear the accents too, as does my wife (Irish!).

Agreed! I live in North Carolina and when you go to the stores that have been around for decades, it's like stepping back in time. When the HOT sign is on and you get them just as their made, they melt in your mouth; like donut cotton candy.

I can only eat them IF they're hot. I've tried most of the flavors I should like, and I only really like the hot/warm original glazed fresh off the line. But I have to confess, I haven't had the chance to try the chocolate glazed ones that are only available once a month

As someone who lives in North Carolina and spent my college years eating at the original Krispy Kreme, let me just say that y'all need to fly on over our way and try some "hot now" donuts from the original store. While you're here, you can try to Carolina BBQ, the only real BBQ.

The amount of sexual innuendo’s in this video make me wonder about you all in a good way. Apparently “Honey Bun” is Donal’s nickname and I don’t want to know why. Justine: “It’s good calling it Jumbo” Dermott: “Yes because of my massive…..head.” Clisare: “So we can eat this whole thing and finger it and everything” at which point Ciara proceeds to literally FINGER the honey bun. Lena looks at the sugary honey bun and with what can only be described as sexual excitement and says “Hi Mommy.” Dónal’s reaction here is priceless. Lena, “It’s all over my fingers and I feel dirty but I love it.” Dermott “ would it be wrong and weird if we both just licked the entire thing?” Cut to a few minutes later of Dermott LITERALLY licking the hell out of that honey bun to the point that I feel he should meet Krispy Kreme’s parents. And all of this was JUST THE FIRST ITEM!!!

Part of how they stay fresh is that they are transported in refrigerated semi trucks, and stored in refrigerators until they are ready to stock. They also have a 90 day recommended shelf life after they are removed from the refrigerator. Also, pro tip, microwave the cinnamon buns and honeybuns.

Funny how Donal Sharpson said something about adding bacon with the doughnuts. They have places here in the states were you can buy a hamburger with bacon. That they really use a Krispy cream doughnut cut in 1/2 and invert it to make a hamburger bun. Makes the best tasting burgers.
