I was sceptical at first, Hugh Jackman is too tall and I wasn't convinced a, to me at the time, unproven actor could portray Wolverine properly. I've never been so happy to be so wrong. By far my favourite superhero portrayal. RDJ is fantastic, but I personally feel like the MCU' Iron Man and the original are two different characters. But that's not RDJ' fault - it's the writers.

The only argument I've ever heard regarding Hugh Jackman playing Wolverine is that he's too tall. In the comics, Wolverine is 5'3" and Hugh is 6'2". Now sure, in the comics, his height was an actual point of discussion. But I'm completely fine with them not worry about that detail.

Yeah, I've never heard anyone say anything negative about Hugh Jackman as wolverine ...at least not after the first movie.

He was sent back in time by Jean grey before his adamantium implant in that scene, plus Hank was in his human form and his "beast" form can take a lot more damage 😉 Probably would have wiped the floor with Logan if he had not been taking the serum to suppress his mutant abilities but then again you can't knock out wolverine for more than a minute/seconds considering his mutant healing factor and endurance 🤷

@@heroldgisore6553 remember in the first movie when X was talking to Logan telepathically when he first came to the mansion? And X opened up part of his memory so he could find Striker and the secret lake base.

They aren't exclusively metal helmets--Juggernaut's helmet is magical and Magneto's was specifically designed by him to block telepathic powers.

@@cmc5394oparva how much do you want to bet that in the marvel universe that both juggernaut's and X's helmets where both made to some degree out of adamantium? Both of their helmets were "indestructible" by most known means. What material do we know in this universe as indestructible? Adamantium maybe? Come on! Give me a better explanation or give! Adamantium: the hardest most dense material in the marvel universe and it doesn't have the same properties as magnito's (mild sheet metal) or juggernaut's titanium helmet? And I'm most certainly waiting for a reply to this absolute logic! Juggernaut's helmet is only magical in a small portion of comics and not considered canon in this MCU! And it was the materials of magneto's helmet not the design of it.
