@drchunkybiscuit9973 In all seriousness, it undermines what they keep saying about needing to raise standards, getting mediocre players out the door, etc. McTominay’s goals this year, as valuable as they have been, are actually bad in a way. Because they are making it much easier for people with low football IQ’s to keep touting McTominay when the reality is he’s genuinely a bottom half of the table to relegation level player. His underlying stats, particularly passes attempted per 90, progressive passes, pass completion, etc are genuinely atrocious for a center midfielder.

RICKY IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG THERE. I remembered the game we played against West Ham, it was during lockdown 2020/2021. Bruno and Rashford were the subs and when they came on in the second half, Bruno created those 7+ chances in one half, more than any other player at that time. We won 1-3.

The pre- and post-match panel discussion show on this channel is the only reason I still care for the top level of the sport. Sometimes I listen to the pre-match, shut myself off to the world for three hours, then listen to the post-match show not knowing the result beforehand. I've not watched a single Premier League football game post-lockdown but to listen to such a passionate fanbase makes us who we are.

If Brighton finished their chances, we’d of gone into the half down 3-4. I don’t understand how ANYONE thinks ETH is the answer. Between the midfield gaps & his refusal to play a double pivot till last week so he didn’t lose his job, it’s clear he’s not this technical master we were all told he was. Get rid and restart.

We have to build this club by selling/ martial -varane- maguire - Mount - lindelof - Anthony - old Evans and ericksen ( more than 30years old each!) - onana too! Because we can't win nothing serious with spoiled and multiple injuries guys !!!!!! We just need olise and others young Great players !!!!! The injuries cost us the entire Season !

I don't know what Ricky expects sometimes. All of his theories are logical if you are a City or Liverpool, even Arsenal now - clubs with good structures and squad depth. We have none of that and haven't for over a decade. The manager needs time to build it.

Ten hag wanted a ball playing CB with good vision, and he got it with casimero hence he stuck with him. Now varane is back, it's varane and martinez. Casimero, mainoo and amrabat with rashford, bruno and amad up front. We must keep city guessing and we must keep a defensive shape ready to counter

Amrabat offers good defensive cover. You don’t want him handling the ball too much. Leave that to casemiro and Mainoo. And maybe start with mctominay over rashford.
