Malachi 2:10-16
God’s people had profaned the covenants of their fathers in the treatment of one another, the worship of other gods, and the divorcing of their wives. They chose faithless self-indulgence and unraveled into chaos. For His glory and their own flourishing, the Lord called them back to the harmony of covenantal order.
We exist to love God, love people, and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

This is the kind of unapologetic, toe-stomping, truth preaching that we need. Pastor Matt works hard to be kind in all things, but he doesn't refrain from speaking hard truths. I cannot express how much I appreciate that.

This was one of the most transparent and Biblical teachings on marriage that I’ve heard. My prayer is for God to open the hearts of others to teach the sanctity of marriage everywhere. What a blessing!

Matt Chandler, ive been watching you for over 5 years and cant say how thankful i am you allow God to use you.. our Pastor Josh Zuniga at Kingdom church here in Odessa Tx is the same way.. You Pastors care about your sheep, yall are a blessing of a Shepard!! love to meet you one day, i will attend your church one day Matt! everyone this man here cares about all of us, its VERY hard to tell people you love hard things to hear but its done out of love!!

Thanks Pastor Matt for bringing such a real message that is so necessary. I was shamed out of a church for sharing a similar message regarding marriage with a young couple that was considering marriage. The church said, ‘My opinion was too harsh. They can make their own decisions. I shared with the pastor overseeing the marriage mentorship ministry that I was sharing scripture. I was excused. Thanks for keeping it real, the followers in this generation need to know what covenant keeping is.

Love Matt. Huge influence on my life. Love his fire. Love his passion. He has pointed me to Jesus SOO much!! Bummed he goes woke when the state of the country demands it! Bummed he got a tatttoo. I tell my kids, get a tattoo if you want to draw attention to yourself. #1 reason. Draws attention to YOU, not Christ. Also, Matt, I'm not always verbose according to scripture. Enough with the 'jackass'. You can be bold without being crass. Love you bro. Be bold. Stop letting the media dictate your sermons! Listen to more Voddie! A man with, well guts I'll say. Love you bro!!

@@heatherk.915 He is. I am not judging him. I am simply pointing out his political views and how I cannot listen to someone who instead of just preaching the gospel, makes Sunday morning about politics too (perhaps not in this video, I didn't watch it). His views are different than mine but even if they were the same, preaching politics from the pulpit is not a great idea. Don't get me wrong, the Lord used Matt to bring me to Himself. When I was young, I listened to his sermons on Ecclesiastes, Hebrew, The Cross, and others and I still listen to them and use them for small groups and such, but I have to leave a disclaimer about his political views (luckily, those old sermons where clear of any politics). Matt is a lot like Tim Keller who shared similar views (although, not as bad). If you want to know more about what I am talking about with regards to matt and Keller, look up Justin Peters KZfaq channel. He has a video discussing Matt and Keller. Truly sad.
