Having given 3 IAS/UPSC Interviews and missing the final selection by a very narrow margin each time, I have also gone through the pain/anguish/trauma similar to what Sandeep Bhaiya is facing in this web series. However, this pain/suffering does not go to waste. If channelized properly, it can motivate us to strive for a bigger purpose than IAS/UPSC. Currently, I am working as Assistant Director, Sports Authority of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GoI and posted in NE India. This pain/suffering is continuously nudging me to put my all efforts towards Development of Sports in NE India and contributing my bit towards making India a Sporting Superpower in near future. I love how when the ADM came , even while he was in rush, he stopped to review the file, this is a callback to ep 2 when sandeep and arushi are on the rooftop, there Sandeep presented arushi with a similar situation and she chose option "C" which was also the correct way to deal with the situation and in the finale ADM acts accordingly. A neat callback.

I watched all 5 episodes but one thing I did not understand how Sandeep Bhaiya became officer ? Did he finally cleared the IAS exam? Because he seems to be in suit and tie. And the girl(Tiffin ) she finally cleared correct thats why she was invited to the coaching school ? Can you clarify if both of them finally became IAS or not? Aarushi I think was yes but what about Sandeep Bhaiya how in which episode he became IAS? Every episode he seems to be either checking answer sheet or coaching Aarushi ? Then how come we was like "Suit boat ki sarkar" I mean he was in the car in the opening few mins and so on...Please clarify

"Naye ADM saahab appoint ho Gaye hai....Abhilash Sharma" is one of the best ends by TVF as it marks a complete circle to the story and the whole scene between Abhilash and Sandeep in Aspirants now takes it to a completely new level given the fact Sandeep has just finally realised the importance of family and to Face the situations instead of running away (as Aarushi said to him while handing over the ring "Saamna karna hota hai bhaiya"). This was the same situation Abhilash was facing.... Running away from the situations in personal life despite being able to solve others problems.... Sandeep and Abhilash were sailing on the same boat until they found the way out....Sandeep was able to reunite with his family and Abhilash was able to reunite with his friends and attend the wedding

Agar ban gaya to sabka sapna, aur agar nhi bana to mera sapna. This line is absolutely true, I can relate to it how it hurts when I failed multiple times in UPSC. But gradually things got settled as now I am working in Parliament of India at a Group B post. However, whenever i come across these kind of scene that nostalgia covers me all around. Itne ache ache log hai jo help kar rahe ek dusre ki yr mujhe to nahi Mila esa koi , main to sab ki help karta bt mere shath koi khada nahi hota... Mujhe nahi Mila kabhi koi acha insan - hote honge bt mujhe nahi Mila - maa Papa ko chhodh ke B's or akela main hi tha Jo shath tha khud ke....
