I really enjoy your reactions concerning Diane..AKA the phenomena. One thing you have not addressed is her outstanding theatrics which is different with each song. Its like she becomes the character she is singing about. Her mastery of her vocals and her acting is unmistakable and we are witnessing a voice that only comes along in 2-3 generations, if we are lucky.

To get an idea of how Diana (an amazing talent by the way) has progressed with time, I suggest that you view her performance on the Voice Kids: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rLGUqcSI2MqdYYU.html She did not get one buzzer (which is an unappreciated shame, which in the end probably made her more determined to succeed), however I believe that we can hear the beginnings of her trying to train her voice to sing in a deep yodel type voice. Do you believe that the path to unique voice could be through her yodelling background?

Enjoyed your reaction!😄 Thank you! 👏 It seems that in this case Diana tried to demonstrate to judges her vocal potential because she seems to be still in search of her most comfortable tonality. This deep dark tone is simply stunning! And you are right about its selling point😄.. that's why it gained so much attention. Personally I prefer her cover of "Dernier Danse" at the same talent show of 2017 (her first audition left me paralyzed and addicted), then, of course, "Rechenka" (2nd audition). Thank you for most professional and emotional touch in your reaction!

I believe she might sing lower then "contralto", maybe "Kontra-Alt" or even high Tenor. There was a german singer "Zarah Leander" in the 1940s in that vocal range.

She is one of these incredible upcoming stars, unique. Love these dicoveries like Diana, Angelina, Daneliya, such incredible talents. Have you already reacted to Laura Bretan? she is 18 now a soprano vocalist singing opera, she won Romanian got Talent show and participated at AGT 2016. Would be nice to do a comparison of her high mixed voice and head voice with Dimash. Lately she made an impressing cover of Adagio as Dimash did. From what I know on her story....what hard fate this girl had. She did not know her father, the mother was a complete alcoholic and constantly gave birth to many siblings, 8 of which died. Her mother did not feed her, constantly hitting and even tried to drown her in the bathtub but in the end she threw her away in the night like a kitten on the street with a broken collarbone. 3 year old Diana was picked up on the street by her own relatives, but since she did not talk at all, they thought that she was mentally retarded and gave her to an orphanage. From the orphanage, she was taken by her foster mother and in 5 years gave her to vocal courses to develop her speech. It is through the efforts of the foster mother that we see this unique treasure

She deepens her voice. She is a vocal wizard. Which is awesome. The deep sound is not natural. 😊😊😊 This is not to take away her talent. You mean you never heard a true contralto? I agree about her sad past conveys emotion in her voice. As for sound at her age? It happens... 😊😊😊

In an interview she said that this is her favorite song to sing. One it is in her natural tone and she can sing it all day unlike Rechenka that is very taxing on her voice and emotions. Two the song is very near to her due to he early childhood.
