@@coleslawwwww The people on tiktok doesn't always use songs to dance. But well, yeah most of them doing stupid trends that kinda ruined the song vibe, but not this one. For your information, I've hated tiktok before so I did a clear research on the app, and so far when you FIRST open the app, you got recommended the cringy dance, trend or "life hacks" but if you sort your fyp, there will be more you can see... another side of tiktok, where there are actually good content creators, talented singers and editors heaven, and some satirical high quality memes.

It reminds me of all the times I dated, first a few months ago I started dating a girl, after 3 months she cheated on me with a guy much older than me, at least I had a few people that comforted me and I dated one of them after a couple weeks she broke up with me for my best friend, a few days later I started dating a friend of mine which she broke up with me the next day, and we are still friends. (also same time i discovered the band and found out that you guys broke up :/) this song accompanied me during that horrible time of my life. i literally couldn’t listen to this without crying. 4 years later, i could say that i’ve completely moved on and that i’m in a healthy relationship, which i never would have thought i’d ever have back then. you guys coming back reminded me of how far i’ve come. now i could listen to this without crying

For those who do not know about the other bands I mentioned above, Corduroy is the band made by the remaining members of The Walters without Luke as vocalist. L. Martin is Luke's solo career while The Olson Brothers is a duo of Luke and another guy. You can check out the songs they've made before they came back together again now as The Walters. I always imagine this song as a winter motel runaway type of song. Character A: Caught cheating with other people several times. Character B: Finally after all this time deciding to run away from someone who just uses them. Person A is begging on their knees, holding on the ankles of Person B who wants to run away as much as possible from Person A. In the end, Person B falls down and both characters are screaming out their pity, pain and bitterness towards each other. They couldn't hate each other more than they already do, so they settle for someone who will never be able to appease them.

The grip on character A becomes too much and character B pushes them off leaving character B screaming into the carpeted ground below as character A looks in terror. Character A doesn't comment and leaves character B who was a total mess. The winter sky froze their face, but the tears strimming down character A's face only made the cold that much more unbearable. Those shoes character B bought for them are dirty and ragged, and if this winter didn't carry frostbite they'd throw it away. Character A mumbled once they turned on their car. "I needed someone in my life to give it structure, you were everything I wanted but you didn't want me." But the tears wouldn't stop flowing.
