That reminds me of the _Scrubs_ episode in which the "super doctor" that's visiting the hospital has OCD and a few other disorders (I think). He's one of the best doctors with multiple specialties, which everyone else at first envies, but the episode does a great job at showing exactly what he has to deal with daily as a result of his disorder(s).

It (the video) probably is popping out, because she is keyed from some screen (maybe greenscreen, who knows). You see that little outline around her? Then some nice blurred background and voilà.

Okay I changed my mind I think your close whispers to ears are the most tingly, and I like when you tell me/us what to do like follow the light etc. and especially when you say "good" I mean the classic follow my instructions to sleep asmr videos.

It’s interesting, I’ve seen people talk about anticipatory tingles I think, but never experienced them as far as I remember. However this I think gives me a version that can be called that, because you have this wonderful rhythm of repeating a statement two or three times and then hesitating for a moment before saying it once more with finality. It creates a lovely predictable safe environment for my brain.

I hope you do more of this exact style of repeated videos. I don't think it was your intention, but another comment made my head canon say that this doc has OCD and is still successful, and for some reason that idea for a character somehow adds to the relaxation. I just really like how you say the same thing, but you say it slightly differently each time. As of right now, this is my absolute most favorite ASMR video that I replay anytime I really want to fall asleep. Never fails.
