This whole story starts with recruitment. They should check the back grounds of these officers the way they do out here. In regards to Police and civilians' clips, honestly speaking, I wouldn't blame either side. However, civilians are mostly victimized. Lately due to Kenyan's new constitution, story za kitu kigogo subsided. I don't blame police. They are not well trained and at the same time not well paid. Unfortunately majority of police are doing this intentionally juu ya kitu kidogo. The legislature need to inject basic law enforcement laws to police. Otherwise, this war between police and civilians will never end.
