Not just boxing, abstaining from Relationships, marriage etc as a young man building yourself up is highly recommended. Those things derail and disrupt your progress in one way or another. Though their are exceptions

Actually, boxing is more dangerous than mma Because there is constant trauma to the head. MMA is diverse hence no cases of death or paralysis from MMA
