As an OKC native I think it would have been fitting to add in OU's stadiums to the mix. Even though they're in Norman, the two cities are very interconnected and I would argue that Norman is just another larger sub-community of OKC, much like Edmond and UCO. I've personally commuted from OKC to Norman multiple times a week for school, and it didn't feel like I was switching cities. Great video still- I was especially shocked when I saw my highschool football "stadium", I would have never imagined the Broncos would earn a spot on this list.

Awesome video thank you for showing love to Okc!! And for putting my alma mater edmond north in the video lol. But I’m not sure if they fit your criteria or not but all 3 edmond schools have large football stadiums about the same size as mustangs.

Bricktown is a cool neighborhood in OKC. As he said nearly every building is made of brick including the McDonald's in the neighborhood plus it has a canal and lots of shops and restaurants

Actually, the Seattle Supersonics were basically kicked out of the city - Seattle, that is. After they'd been sold to the team's current ownership group, the new owners demanded the City of Seattle build them their own pleasure palace of an arena that they (the club's owners) wouldn't contribute any money toward its construction, but would receive all revenues from - or else. Seattle has a long history of teams making similar threats, so the City told them to kick rocks, which was exactly what Clayboy Bennett wanted, and he quite happily took his toy to OKC, where he'd already had a deal in place for that pleasure palace he wanted.

Their minor league team is owned by the LA dodgers, so the team was called the OKC dodgers, idk if the dodgers stoped ownership last year or something but they are trying to get a new name. The OKC thunder are also getting a new arena and it will be in the place of prairie surfs

That’s not even close to what happened the dodgers are still very much the parent team and that’s not changing the name changing is becus “We didn’t want to be called the dodgers” & OKC baseball club is only temporary till we get a official name & if u look on the jerseys on the sleeves still has that LA dodgers logo

From what I've heard, it isn't called "Newcastle" because the baseball team didn't want to be associated with a casino or gambling, not so much the town of Newcastle. The same thing would have happened if they tried to call it something like "River Wind" which is another nearby casino.

Not only is the USA Hall of Fame Softball Stadium the biggest softball stadium in the world, it is the only softball stadium in the world.

@@zachariahshort6546lolol. The distance from OKC to Edmond and OKC to Norman is essentially the same. Also, a large part of OKC is located in the same county as Norman. Norman stadiums should have been included in the video since Edmond was.

You did mustang (a suburb) yet you didn’t include Gaylord memorial stadium (where the university of OK football teams plays), in Norman, just outside Okc. This stadium is one of the top 20 largest in the world seating 84,489 people.
