I think Kapil Sibbal was hesitant in asking questions and Chidambaram was equally hesitant in answering. Chidambaram may be feeling that he too may be responsible in creating the monster - ED that has been let loose on the opposition parties. Not only the opposition leaders, judges, top lawyers, bureaucrats, businessmen and many others supporting the opposition are targets. Others are completely safe.

former Finance minister has lost ALL credibility -- whatever he says nobody believes as in every sentence there is vested interest people can see. His assertion that UPI may not be suceesful in rural area proved totally wrong and today UPI success largely due to acceptance of ease of transaction using UPI in rural India. His famous " PHONE BANKING " episode where in North block ( where Finance minister sits ) calls SBI to lend to " their people " without any security and that is the route Vijay Malya took to get 6500 crore loan with KINFISHER brand as security .. The Anchor who argued in the court stating there is no SRIRAM its only a faith. We are fools who watch this video.

No disrespect but I feel the highest court in the country has completely failed the Indian people. I feels the Supreme Court has completely failed to do its duty for which it has sworn to do. To uphold the constitution of India. What is the point of it if it cannot perform its bounden duty.
