I love this song. It has so many little jokes and hints at the history of Black Metal. But also its just pure fun and joy. Also, did you guys catch the 2 times ManOWar were heard subtle in the background? :) Honestly, this song is what music should be: Fun, joyful and educative.

that lyric 'A mirar la foca/Asando un salmon' actually translates to 'Looking at a seal, grilling a salmon'. Turns out that's a reference to an infamous italian comedy film named 'viva la foca che dio la benedoca', which is a cheeky self-censored title: 'Viva la fica, che dio la benedica' translates to 'long live pussy, may god bless it', but they had to change it by replacing the I's with O's, making the Italian slang for ladyparts into seal, and 'benedica' into a nonsense word to clue people into what the title was supposed to be originally. Combine that with 'Alzando' being Italian for 'boner' or 'erection', and much Italian slang referring to manparts as fish, and that line becomes legendary.

I had no idea...I thought it was along the lines of Lich King's "Running out of rhymes so WADING POOL!" levels of nonsense...instead it's super deep levels of Italian wordplay.

To fully enjoy the song it would need to understand all the references to the Black Metal scene (in addition to that of Reggaeton); it would be fun if someone made a video explaining all of them. 😉

Glad you guys did this! I just discovered them a few weeks ago and love their stuff. I really LOVE this tune and can't get the freakin thing out of my head! It's one of those tunes (ear worm) that is driving me nuts. LOL Still love it though.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this band. The music is really, really good and they have great singers but their lyrics are nonsensical in this one and some of the others are hardly serious either. I think i like it but am I sure? :-))
