Die deutschen Mittelalter-Rock-Chefs Feuerschwanz haben das offizielle Live Video zu "Metfest", der ersten Single ihres kommenden Albums, Das elfte Gebot (VÖ 26.06.), veröffentlicht.
Die Band kommentiert: "Im Dezember 2019 haben wir unser 15jähriges Jubiläum auf der ausverkauften METFEST-Tour begangen - unserer größten bislang! Das neue Live Video fängt den außergewöhnlichen Spirit dieser wilden Shows in den vollgepackten Hallen perfekt ein: Hoch die Hörner und stimmt mit den Horden an Folk Metalheads ein und preiset das Gesöff der Wikinger, Zwerge und Krieger - heil dem heiligen Met - METFEST!"

German medieval rock masters Feuerschwanz have released the official live video for "Metfest", the first single off the band's upcoming album, Das elfte Gebot (out June 26).
Commented the band: "In December 2019 we celebrated our 15 year anniversary on the sold out METFEST tour - our biggest tour so far! The extraordinary spirit of wild shows in packed venues is captured in this new live video: Raise your horns and scream out loud with hordes of folkmetalheads praising the brew of vikings, dwarves and warriors - hail to the holy mead - METFEST!"

You have only seen a small part of our German Medieval (Metal) Scene yet...check out CORVUS CORAX,IN EXTREMO,SUBWAY TO SALLY,SALTATIO MORTIS,SCHANDMAUL,SCHELMISH,FAUN,CULTUS FEROX etc......

They definitely have a fun vibe, and there is a comedic element to the band in general, you should check out the song Schubsetanz next. In fact if you like humourous bands but that still have great music, then you should react to Gloryhammer. 🤘🏻🙂

In case you didn't know. Metfest= Met ( honeywhine with alcohol ) Fest= Festival They are saying " ich will jetzt auf ein metfest, wich means i wanna go to a metfest right now. But at 04:30 they say " haltet besser euren Met fest" The meaning is: You better hold your Met tight. Funny how the same words mean different things when they are not written together

I love your misspronounciation of Metfest as Mettfest. Mer is pronounced with an elongated Ehh simmilar to it's english equivalent mead. Mett on the other hand is a german 'spread for bread', in need of celebration.
