Love that you reviewed this one. We attended one of the Sydney shows of cats that she performed in, her voice is breathtaking live, I was blown away by her talent.

Delta is insanely talented! She's 5' 10" by the way 😊 Also, as you have reacted to a lot of things that she has done, you should see her play basketball and Ski, it's all in youtube. She's very good at sports. She said, if she was not in music, she def would be in sports. 😊

Skimbleshanks the railway cat is a personal favourite of mine from cats. Delta was amazing in this musical. I watched this at the lyric theatre in Brisbane Australia on he her final performance in this musical.

Have seen 3 versions of cats in Australia, the original 30 odd years ago, and a version in a tent as fox studios Sydney which had more acrobatics and aerial work pkus dancing

I have seen Cats twice in Australia amazing While you are sitting in the audience there are castmembers dancers crawling around dressed up like cats so life like just like real cats I have seen the movie as well

Do NOT watch the movie of Cats but you can get hold of the West End stage production which is excellent and has many if not all the original cast. There is also a KZfaq channel called The show must go on which has lots of the performances on and yes it has lots of energetic numbers.

I love Delta … so talented. But this version of Memories is much modified and lacked the tremendous buildup and powerful delivery of the versions sung by Barbra Streisand and Elaine Paige. Not sure why it was so modified. Delta could easily have sung it that way.

I guess no one says she was. This is a Delta Goodrem reaction. Let’s celebrate her performance and talent. Delta is a pop singer. Paige is a musical theatre singer. For Delta to pull this off is nothing short of spectacular.

You don't know me, so how can you attribute a motivation to what I say? In point of fact, I've seen Elaine Paige's and Betty Buckley's performances, and I have formed an opinion based on each. And while, as a singer, Delta is good, her overall performance here falls short of the other two performers mentioned. In fact, I'm considering changing my mind on one thing; Betty Buckley's performance is perhaps better overall than Elaine Paige's.
