A lot of cats don’t want to be petted if the person has the scent of another cat on them. They see it as a warning from the other cat that “this human is mine, go find a different one.” kind of.

Yeah the kitty is doing it on purpose he wants him to not give up. That's why the Kitty is not running and he's sticking around rubbing his face on things being sweet. He's a wildcat he has to be cautious. This is how cats are. That's why the guy is sticking around because he can tell that the cat is going to be fine soon. Cats are very affectionate and they have a lot of emotions. Lol. The white cat is purring and rubbing his head on everything and he looks jealous when the other cat gets padded because he's playing his game with the human and the white cat knows that he's going to have his way with the human but he's doing it on his own time. Lol. You can even see the jealousy when he pets the other cat. The white cat looks at him like "you're ruining it dude"

It was probably mistreated and got thrown onto streets when the mistreatment finally caused it to wild-out in the house. It's breed doesn't look like it's well adapted to the cruel street life. I believe such occurrences are quite common

The white cat is telling you that he's tired of the camera. If you want to film him, you have to feed him immediately. or he will no longer let you exploit him.
