just got cupid and it does lie 200 damage and the radius is crazy. definitly worth it

If you are buying it for the ability then it isn't that worth it for 900k, the suit and the flight are really nice though and make it worth it if you have the money to spend. Also you don't have to fully charge the bow to shoot it so if you have a max killstreak it can one-shot npcs but it isn't great for pvp.
