Greetings, this is my first time here and I am astounded and amazed how you are specifically describing a situation that happened to me at my work. It was new Administrative Assistant at an Accounting firm and there were several individuals who came up against me on some procedures I did not follow in processing returns, however, because of inadequate training there was some inconsistencies in my work. When I made any mistakes each one of them would send me an email and copy upper management, my supervisor, etc which was so petty. So, I remained professional and made notes of all of their complaints. So, presently, I am doing my work perfectly because I know my job there were just a few tweets I needed and now it’s quiet - they have no more complaints, in addition I have found errors they have made but I let them know in a simple email just between me and that person.
