In my server, we usually don't pick tank junglers such as fredrinn anymore because like, even if you use fredrinn, yeah you can spam crow control utility and be tanky but marskmans such as moskov, hanabi, wanwan, claude and all those other marksmans who uses demon hunter sword and crossion scythe are the counter of tanky junglers, since the items(mainly demon hunter sword) deals more damage percentage of the enemy's hp, but marksmans who use crit build can't counter fredrinn and other tanky junglers as much but lesley is an exception omce she gets fed

I think heroes that do true damage and has good mobility for example the true damage like xborg, karina, alpha; in case of the mobility is hayabusa, fanny, helcurt, these heroes of mobility because they can escape of the third ability of frieddin, getting advantage in a short period of time, and the other heroes that I mention can escape from the ultimate of fourth ability of frieddin.

Best jungle to counter federin is baxia atleast thats what ph pick in iesf. And if ur exp pick terezila, xborg or uranus it is going to be easily to shut down federin. I dont include mm because they can be easily bursted down and ganged in tower.

I think to counter fredrin with hayabusa Need: war axe, true damage item(forgot name) and other common item for hayabusa Combo like: 2 -1 -3 -1 - 2 -basic attack

fredrin is a tanky hero comparing from the other tank especially in jungling. if u face martis on the opposite team then its rather win struggling but depends on the user because martis doesnt give a chance to fredring to ult. but why jungle? like mm? main karrie. because fred gets squishy when he faces karrie while using dominance or radiant. yes i am a fredrin player but players higher then me might jst know more then me.
