They're like that as there is a government bus agency that operates nice looking standard buses while other buses in other forms and liveries are private buses which have an operator and a conductor.

Thank you for an exceptionally interesting video! It is striking that most of the buses are rather small - we say only one bendibus; the rest were rigid vehicles at most 40 feet/12 meters long. There is one striking similarity with some British cities (but not London). There appear to be too many buses, and a lot of them carrying poor loadings! (Unlike modern Britain, at least some of the buses appear to have conductors.)

Oh yes!! All sizes, shapes and colors. Philly buses are all the same color. We have articulated and single sizes. Good review. Thanks Tim😀

8:02 Fact: did you know that this bus is not the man lion's city? yes, as you hear, that is not an articulated man lion's city, it is an articulated modasa huanghai BRT, that bus was manufactured for the first time by the modasa company (which is from Peru) I do not remember very well the location where it was manufactured the bus
