Wow! That was super nice for them to reimburse your whole bill. We usually have a good experience but our last pickup was not. When my husband picked it up the girl was totally rude. He then gets home and we have some diet drinks and waters we didn’t order that was someone else’s and we were missing a whole bag of our stuff. He also realized after he got home that the girl didn’t even charge him. I called the store and the person I spoke to was nice but my husband had to go back the next day and pay for the groceries and get our bag. After the second trip he had to call and speak to the manager again. I forgot what for that time but they only took off 25$ on our next pickup. I feel like with everyone doing the pickup now they should wave the 5$ fee for a while. We got to keep the waters and diet drinks cause they won’t take anything back.
