Find a job, place to live etc. They refuse because they used to beg a money. To be honest in many cases, especially in Czech republic where this was filmed, also in Slovakia you beg more money than regular employee in factory receive as a salary. Was a one homeless guy begging money and we said "we will not give you a money, but if you are hungry a thirsty we will buy burger and drink if you want (also many times refused due to they are alcoholic and want money just for alcohol). That homeless also said that he has opportunity to get a job (salary 650€) and he refuse it, he would rather begging money as homeless. Yes its so sad and also feel bad for that people but in many cases it is their fault, they have a chance to get back in life but refuse. PS: 650€ at that time was average salary for factory employees (operators etc.), monthly costs for living was around 400€ (rent a flat, food, clothes...)
