This really happens in some accounts, that 4 star sometimes is evading you on purpose so you could pull more summons😂

For all new players just focus first on shinobites gathering so you could summon for 7 times so you could absolutely get ExUlt in medal exchange at shop, skip the banners if you could NOT summon for 7 steps for the remaining days duration the banner is available , don’t gamble it because you will just regret summoning if you dont have that 7O medals
