Sriman Bhai, try driving with open window without AC. The air hitting the face makes it feel much better. I was motion sick as hell on the passenger seat. Got rid of it taht way. Staart with Full window open , then gradually decrease the Window open time. p.s. I can understand the summer situation.

Motion sickeness will be more in back seat. Sriman try air purifier in car if you don't have one, it helps.

The smell in the car could be a problem, try changing ac filters and deep cleannthe ac vents. Use DR. Charcoal inside so it will neutralize the smell. Keep the AC intake in fresh and not in rotation. If all of these don't come in handy open the car window and travel. It will give fresh air and motion sickness feel will not come. My relatives face the same issue and after opening the window it got reduced

Adjust the front seat backrest to an upright position. This will help reduce the motion sickness.

If you get motion sickness , Rolldown your window turn down your AC. you should be back to normal in Few minutes once you get to feel the fresh Air. . .Try it Bro. . .

@Amal Tom hyundai engines are pretty refined, my friend has same car as sriman...its fine for me, but there are people who get this sickness in diesel engine cars because of the sound/vibration......it happens to my cousin in Mercedes e220d, pretty sure car is not to blame here

Anna vadhina ki motion sickness vachina prathisari car window thisi baytaki chudamanu oka 5 min definitely it works....motion sickness is due to your eyes sends msg to brain that ur moving but in ears we have canal fluid it send msg that ur not movieng hence we get motionsickness so tell to turn down the windows and tell her to just feel the out air.....
