Does the rent includes utility bills like electricity (heater and air conditioner), water, trask pickup? Thank you!

Yes, it includes everything but the trash pickup. You’ll have to go and put it in the trash chute which is generally situated on all floors so that you don’t have to go all the way down :)

Hey, thank you for reaching out! I was recently in switch for an event and they've redone their first floor by making a really high tech study area out of it, we're talking adjustable tables here! Other than that, it's pretty much the same and they're gearing up for the opening up of the new Flinders campus in the city. Let me know if you have any more questions!
