A friend called and showed me once how she periodically cleans and clears bad energy, etc. She cleared a space and laid something on the rug to sit on then lit a candle, sprinkled rock type salts around her, burned a palmetto stick and prayed for God for protection and whatever else. She never mentioned that she did that before so I was surprised. Not long after we met she gave me two items she said were from a favorite auntie she felt close to who died, and she said I really reminded her of her. Both items seem harmless although I wondered why she'd give away things from someone who meant so much to her. The first thing was a tigers eye bead bracelet known for it's protective energies and a the second was rosary beads. I remember after a year passed she asked if I still have the bracelet though it has since broke as they do over time and I kept the beads for other jewelry projects. I don't think she'd be into curses, spells, ect, only God knows, but I don't feel threatened, however I've cut ties with her for lying and faking a note from my person. It's sad because everything else she told me may not be true, like seeing my person drive by singing 'my girl'. That's one of the many things she told me about that stuck with me and I even ended up making that song for my alarm to wake me up, and I don't want to change it because it became something to me, one of several possibility fake stories that made me think of him. 🥺

I know what you mean. When he left this time, God showed me different people to cut out of my life. He opened my eyes to do many things. People can't understand it until it happens to them. I even tried to tell him so he wouldn't go too far but he did anyway. I worry and pray for him but he just continues down this path so it's not my problem to fix anymore. I didn't want to comment, I remember you saying be careful what you comment..but anyway, I feel alone and in a lot of pain sometimes because I guess I don't see people. As you stated, I want to see the good in everyone and believe they are mean good despite their human fallacies or weaknesses. I like to think that way about myself as well. In the past I thought I was a good judge of character or believed I was until recently; I went to this church, and fell in love with this church home not necessarily that people but I begin to crave them and desire their closeness; it made me feel alive. This scared me but it was also liberating. Anyway I lost focus, and the church family or relationship I wanted seemed to dwindle instantly. I thought it was me, and accepted that possibility, but I've had so many dreams regarding this Pastor who became Apostle. Vivid dreams, some depicting some dark things, and some demonstrating aspects of dishonesty and deception. I've had a hard time believing them because I don't trust in dreams or try not to where reality or my waking life doesn't show any evidence of the dream being real or true. However, I can't deny the strange experience and sensation that I felt and vision that I saw at that last encounter that disturbs me to my core and makes me afraid and question, "is anything that he says really who he is?," The question chills me because I feel the truth will hurt either way; because I either left a man that was truly a servant of God and membership, or he was a devil deceiving me and using his gifts and talents to get my money and resources through the Word of God..Either way I feel stupid and lost about the situation.
