There are much more videos about the chinese people visiting western countries. Most of the videos are in chinese version Tiktok and other chinese Apps. For more than 40 years, in chinese social media, the western worlds are always described as beautiful, clean, wonderful places, much better than the reality. But in western social media, there are too much misinformation about China. So, when people see the real China in the videos, they were shocked.

yes, that's true. A few days ago, there was a CNN news report stating that Chinese people are no longer traveling abroad, resulting in a loss of $130 billion in tourism revenue for other countries. I find it curious that Western countries often criticize China, yet still seek to benefit from Chinese spending while not extending a friendly attitude, as if Chinese people are begging to visit Western countries.

MSM: "China is a police state that has no freedom because everyone is under CONTROL" - China teaches Mandarin in ethnic schools. MSM: "China is doing cultural genocide." - China educated ethnic people to work in big cities and went back to help locals, basically to pursue a better life. MSM: "China is doing forced labor." - China built its own personal credit system, like every other country did decades ago, to track financially dishonest individuals. @user-sf1nq9uj7p

Absolutely correct! The basic philosophy behind China's view towards religion is this: 1. if your religion is as powerful and attractive as you say it is, people will naturally gravitate to your religion by their own accord, hearing about it through word of mouth and there is no need to proselytize it (ie shoving or forcing the religion down the throats of people, in other words, is not needed). 2. the religion must not create chaos and disharmony in society as cults have done. 3. the religious order must work with the government in tandem - where the government provides funds for its buildings and looks after the poor, the sick, the needy and the dispossessed and there is no need for money to be collected for any other purpose. If the religious order adheres to the above, there is no problem.

新疆非常大,旅行的朋友要做好线路规划,据我所知喀什是新疆比较有名的线路,有非常美丽的自然风景和独特文化,建议自驾游。安全不会有问题,出发前可以到当地警察部门做个备案。

I am Chinese, and your video is very good. Thank you very much, but this kind of video praising China will not give you more views on KZfaq. You need to release some negative news to have more views and fans. It is cruel, but very realistic

I can tell you very responsibly, they can pray, they have to pray at any time, that's their freedom, there are a lot of halal restaurants all over China, there is a halal restaurant in our university, our university is in other provinces outside of Xinjiang, China, and there are a few students from Xinjiang in my class.

I'm going on March 11 but only for about 2 weeks with a small group of friends. I searched online and I found that as of 2024 foreigners are no longer required to apply for permit. Even so I'm a bit nervous because my friends say that I may need one for Kashgar or some other 'near' border cities. Can anyone confirm this? I don't imagine I would have any issues but if someone can confirm this I would feel much better. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be seeing any weddings but hoping to still experience the local culture and see some ancient ruins and of course their food! Anyway, thanks for sharing this amazing video of your experiences in Xinjiang!

Best to check with the Chinese Consulate General (Embassy) in your city for what is required (they do speak the local language of your country). Failing that, perhaps asking a reputable travel agent. Both sources should be able to provide you with all the correct information you need.

@user-sf1nq9uj7p
@user-sf1nq9uj7p 5 ай бұрын
Of course! The trick is to have small morsels in tiny moderations - and not be a glutton and finish everything offered to you. The host will not be offended as long as you have a small piece here and there and not refuse totally. The same applies to drinks offered - a small sip will do - even if they are to ask you to "drink up".

If you go to China you will see halal street and many many halal restaurants. Also, Every school and company have Muslim halal cafeterias in China. My hometown is in a small city in North near to the ocean, many people knows each other, we have special cafeteria for Muslim students in our school and in my mom’s work place too. There is a beautiful mosque near our condo we can hear their bells ringing. There was a river and big grass space between our condo community and mosque, the shepherd from mosque put his sheeps on the grass and he will put his hat on the face lying down on the grass fall asleep, we were kids so we will playing with his sheeps. The mosque has a big white round top which is very stand out and beautiful, so one day I walked in, I saw beautiful carpets and colorful and gold color interiors, there was a guy saw me didn’t say anything, looked a me as a family. We were at a small city and I never seen a house beautiful and exotic like this before, look like in the movie. And they have yard too. It didn’t look like China at all.

Most Chinese, including Xinjiang people, cannot see Western media reports, and cannot go to social media such as KZfaq and Facebook, so Chinese rarely refute those fallacies and false reports. I think the reasons are, first, that most Chinese people don't know about these reports, and second, even if people studying and doing business in countries outside China know, they rarely refute it, partly because of language problems, not speaking English, and partly because they don't know the truth very well, because China is very big, and people who are not Xinjiang are not very able to know the real situation. But they have basically come into contact with Xinjiang people, because Xinjiang has restaurants in some big cities in China, and some Xinjiang people go to universities all over China, and everyone knows that Xinjiang people are doing well.

Somewhat unrelated to your post here : kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iNeDZbaAuZbHnnU.html but still worth-knowing nevertheless. Some Xinjiang residents like Vanessa are keen to leave for surprising reasons like : the need to inhale foreign air (洋气)to ensure her well-being😊. Superstitious as it may sound, she made a pragmatic choice and I see nothing to fault from there. What's even more interesting is that she managed to practice as a Fengshui Master in Singapore as well. Go figure here if she looks like an escapee from a province under curfew / martial law. 🤣.
