@Nomolyx1 It's not the elderly, it's the people between 40 and 50, my mother is 53 and "invests" in bitcoin, she has no idea what she's doing and just puts her money anywhere. She genuinely believes she's talking to Keanu Reeves, like, it's to the point she gets viscously angry towards anyone with any common sense. It's pointless, let them loose their money, they'll have to learn the hard way.

Depending on if they are US based you might contact the secret service instead, they deal with most money laundering investigations as counterfeiters are often involved with launderers

Its not really laundering, it is wire fraud. Given that it is likely international in nature FBI or HSI would be the two agencies most likely to pick it up as they have overlapping jurisdiction on cases such as these.

I got a call in elementary school on my flip phone. It was from a lady with an Indian accent, and it sounded like she was in a call room. She was telling me that my computer was compromised need to be fixed, and that she needed all sorts of personal information. I told her that I was not the owner of the house or anything like that, she then proceeded to ask me to marry her. I told her that I was 10 and she said that didn’t matter. I then gave the phone to dad and she hung up. Pretty weird experience

In the end of the day, those MBAs in homeland security are degrees in business administration with a concentration in homeland security. This of course, is a huge difference in education on the topic than someone with a masters in homeland security would have. We’re talking one or two semesters of introductory or intermediate classes on the topic in comparison to years of coursework on the topic at an advanced level.

In two lines it says: "Master of Business Administration" "Homeland Security" So in the same way that for example most computer science degrees are going to be a "bachelor/masters of science," with a second line for CS, it's still a CS degree, with mostly CS courses. The degree shown here is 'technically' a business administration degree, but would be mostly homeland security courses.

After my father passed away I kept getting emails from people in various countries saying they would represent me as the surviving inheritor of millions of dollars. Instead of deleting them all, I forwarded them to the FBI. The emails stopped. 😂

Legit frowned when I saw all those scammed transactions. But you putting this scammer in their place and sending the info to the authorities is the silver lining. Whether or not it'll amount to anything is up for debate but that isn't your fault. Mad props to you. +1 sub.
