Beautiful reading. Had the surgery last week forcing me to slow down the frantic pace of my life. Very difficult for me to sit on the sidelines, no gym, going easy on chores, shortened work hours. Alas I'm determined to see if I can actually go further by slowing down. It's worth a try.
