💎Recipe and ingredients:
Wash 1/2 cup of rice
Cook the rice with 1 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt until the water evaporates.
Olive or vegetable oil
Grate 1 carrot
When the rice water evaporates, put it in a container to cool
Chop 1/4 of the cabbage
Cook the vegetables on low heat with the door closed for 10 minutes
500 grams of minced meat
1/2 cup of cooked rice
Add cooked and cooled vegetables
Pepper, salt, nutmeg (each) 1/2 teaspoon
Shape as in the video
2 spoons of yogurt, 1 spoon of tomato paste, 1/2 spoon of wheat flour, 1/3 teaspoon of salt and pepper
1 cup of water
Pour the sauce over the meatballs
Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes
Zucchini 1 pc
sweet pepper
1/2 red or yellow paprika
Olive or vegetable oil

Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Salt and pepper, 1/3 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of mustard sauce and lemon juice
