Really felt this word. I train mma(mixed martial arts) and the mental and physical battle of getting out of bed to go train was so extreme on Saturday it wasn’t even funny. Drained, tired and un motivated was me last week. Yes you’re soo right Steph! I was led to do a blood test to check my blood and I’m on the verge of being anemic and I’m pre-diabetic which is why God has been telling me to do a Daniel fast. Also take multivitamins that has a lot of iron and magnesium and IT HELPS SOOO MUCH WITH FIGHTING THE WARFARE. Now I know what’s going on with my body, it helps with fighting. Ask to get your blood checked for things when go to the Dr.’s appointment and make sure you advocate for yourself! Pray for strength (praying for strength is asking for more of Gods joy) and He has strengthened me soooooo much

Yea.... my ex sent my "friend" a spirit, but God showed me, it completely began vesseling through her because she had some open door.... looking back it was a few. Our energy clashed so bad the night before I left it was making nauseated, light headed, head achy... this was just on Friday, so I spent the weekend staying in Gods presence, and organizing my things, and making sure nothing interfered with my ✌️! I lost my motivation! BUT I have been praying daily that “My” Father saturate my mind and heart with the Blood of Jesus Christ, I started making sure my vitamins were on point and the Physical - Taking care of my Temple! My Doctors discovered that my potassium levels were EXTREMELY/dangerously low( my husband would do the grocery shopping & would buy junk not healthy food bc he’s sick he doesn’t want me to be healthy - BUT I’m fighting back).
