My goodness, this sounds like my life. This morning I got up early, with my neck and head in agony and feeling sick and I couldn't understand why I felt so ill. Confirmation! Thanks God, I stopped responding almost 3 years ago. I just listen to them in silence until they finish. Then, I leave the room and pray God for peace for both of us. Since then, I feel better even when I got angry for some minutes. Prayer is my way of releasing my anger and pain... When you deal with people with emotional/mental problems, it's better to let them release their anger and keep silent. Otherwise, you reinforce their negative or disruptive behavior.
